How To Workout Without A Gym

www.erinhuggins.com one of the best ways to get a workout without a gym, is to get your butt outside! Find an area with some stairs and start climbing. Do you want to know how to workout without a gym? You don’t need a gym to workout. All you need is some motivation to exercise, some tennis shoes and preferably a set of stairs. I recommend walking the stairs first, sprinting the stairs second, then walking again. Find an area to do some crunches, pushups and triceps dips and you are good to go! So, you can workout without a gym. You don’t need a gym to workout.

    Well Im not fat, but depends on the style of shirts etc I wear, they make me look plumped! LOL But Its really really true! You DONT need to go to the gym to lose weight! And the eating after 6PM thing. Thats BOGUS! Just watch how much you eat through the 24 hr day. Thats IT! But anyhow. The BIGGEST factor on losing weight is the amount you eat on a day! The other one of course is doing MORE things that you LIKE to do. Ride that cool looking 10 speed bike you have, Go walking in the mall, etc etc

    This reminds me of Lisa Giamarino, a Pilates trainer who always gives you routines you can do at home, all you need is a floor! OK, some require a wall as well! :^)

    This is all great if you live in a non rainy fall winter like I have.I am Washington state,one of the most wet states .You did a great job.
    I bought a pedometer 3 days ago in order to make sure I get the 10,000 steps in.
