Freestyle Soccer – Advanced Juggling Pick Up Trick
There are a lot of how to do soccer tricks and juggling tricks videos but this advanced soccer trick is a personal favorite of mine. I don’t have a name for it, I think I made it up and it’s a fun, challenging way to start juggling soccer ball. Description: You probably will never attempt this juggling pick up trick in a game. This is just a fun way to challenge your skills and show off in front of your friends at training. Key Points: 1. Line the ball up with the upper inside part of your foot, about where the base of your toes are. The ball should be 7-10 inches away. 2. Toe studs on the ball, your heel turned away from your shin 3. Roll ball across quickly to make it ramp over your plant foot 4. Bring kicking leg around plant leg with the inside of your foot facing up to make contact and start juggling Equipment Needed: Soccer Ball Exercise Player Can Do: Start off practicing the motion of this trick first without the ball. Once you feel good about your technique the next step is to break this move into two parts. First part is to roll the ball across your plant foot and get the ball to ramp up over your foot. Once that is going smooth, then do the first part and add in the second part of bring your kicking foot around your plant leg to start juggling the ball to complete the trick. Soccer Tricks – Jump Over Ball Pop Up Trick
There are a lot of soccer tricks and cool soccer tricks in soccer. In this soccer training video we are learning how to do a jump over ball pop up trick. If there is an official name for this soccer trick, please let me know! Description: I am not sure if there is a name for this soccer trick so I am calling it the Jump Over Ball Pop Up Trick. This is a fancy way to challenge your skills while juggling. Key Points: 1. Toss Ball with Back Spin 2. Bring non kicking leg around ball when ball is coming down 3. Touch ball of the bounce — foot low to high Equipment Needed: Soccer Ball Soccer Exercise Player Can Do: Start just practicing the touch first. Toss ball with backspin, bring kicking foot around plant leg to get touch off the bounce. Once comfortable try it with leg coming around the ball. Once comfortable doing it starting with your hands try doing this move while juggling with your feet. Repeat until you master it or are tired. What Player Could Be Doing Wrong: If you are not getting a good touch off the bounce it is probably because your foot is starting high and going low when you try to take your touch. Remember, your foot should be going low to high. This touch doesn’t require much movement from your foot. Also you could be taking your touch to late. You need to take your touch right when the ball hits the ground, not a second or two later. Bonus Tips: This move is easier wearing tennis shoes on concrete when starting out because you get a better bounce then …
